D Elliot Funding

Mike Elliott Dwayne has scammed us for $56,350.00 since June 08, 2017 to date Feb. 04, 2019 as loan related upfront fees by collecting over 115 times mostly by iTunes Gift Cards and Western Union Money Transfers.
He firstly approached us at the beginning of June, 2017 by telling that he is a direct lender and can provide funding up to $50.0MM and up to 30 years term at 4.5% p.a. interest rate.
After initial discussion made, an agreement for $1.5M loan with 0.5% origination fee ($7,500) was agreed and we made the payment via wire transfer to the designated individual named account.

The loan agreement was concluded on June 24, 2017 but no loan fund was delivered. Then the excuses and other fictitious reasons of no delivery of loan had started and Mike Dwayne Elliott had never delivered the loan. Since June 2017 to date (February 04,2019) we were scammed over $56,350 by being told so many lies and false statements but he has never delivered the promised loan and defaulted so badly the delivery of loan. The worst part of this person/lender has been that he kept lying so many things that directly violated all relative lending business rules and regulations and he never showed his rectification attitude to resolve the criminal scams and theft issues.

Recently he repeats the same attitude soliciting additional fees by pretending as if he would rectify his past wrongs and deliver such longtime stranded loan fund. It seems to us that he has worn multiple hats by using different gmail addresses and kept attacking our company by pretending each of email address were from different lenders.

Overall, his associated network of scammers may be counted 5 and our total scammed amount led by Mike Dwayne Elliott has reached to $108,850 as of Feb.04,2019.
