Review: D & F laid concrete on our property a year and a half ago. It is cracking, breaking and basically disintegrating every time we walk on it or drive on it. After several weeks of trying to get someone to come out to inspect it, someone did come out and agreed it is in bad shape. At first they said it was due to salt, but when shown areas that were not treated with salt still falling off literally in our hands, the inspector agreed this was not a good concrete. Plus we salted our concrete in the back of the house with the same salt and there was no damage to that concrete which was poured 4 years ago. The inspector told us he would inform the owner and someone would get back to us. After 5 weeks of phone calls and being told we will get a call, we are at a loss as to how to proceed to get D & F to fix this problem, which is now becoming more unsafe.Desired Settlement: We expect D & F to come a repoor the driveway, walk way and steps to make our brand new concrete safe and have it last much longer than a year.
