I spoke with the owner, and she said they do not provide itemized invoices the way that I asked (parts vs labor)

Then she stated that she was glad that I phoned as she did not give the appropriate discount (as this repair went through my HOA) I asked her why this wasn't done before and what if I paid that, etc. She told me if I had a problem with it, I could call my Home Owner's Assoc CMI and complain to them about it. She hung up after that.

I phoned back asking to speak with a manager... she stated she was the owner(as I need this discount she should have given me) She said that she would not send the adjusted invoice unless she was paid right away. I do not have $500.00 to pay her right this instant. I thought that was very unfair of her to dangle a discount and then hang up on me and then threaten that I wouldn't get the discount unless I paid right away? Seems fishy to me. She finally asked me for my address but then said that I won't get the discount unless I give her my name. At that point, I was pretty heated and told her "[redacted]"** as in * (I was just fed up) She started to laugh at me. I thought that was disgustingly unprofessional (especially being the owner of the plumbing company) I went on the website. Her name is [redacted]. I am done trying to discuss this with her over the phone. clearly she is not professional and acts like a child. I figured I should report this instance to the Revdex.com. Thank you for listening.
