Mr [redacted] brought his GMC Denali in for a transmission repair on 3/31/2016, in the process of disassembly we found not only did his transmission need rebuilding but his transfer case was completely dry of fluid, further inspection we found there was a small hole in the transfer case & it needed to be fixed for the wheel drive to operateWe game Mr [redacted] the option of rebuilding the transfer case or going with a used unit, he was short on cash & went with the used transfer case, saving him hundred dollars in the processMr [redacted] brought the vehicle back on 05/04/for a leak, after an inspection was performed on the vehicle we found his front differential was leaking at the differential cover & Mr [redacted] declined the repairs To date we have not heard of any problems with his vehicle, but he has a year 24,mile warranty on the transmission, all he has to do is drop it off and we will check it outToo date we have not received any phone calls from him stating their is a problem with the vehical.DJ’s transmission’s has been in business for over years, we stand behind all of our work
Mr [redacted] did bring a transmission to DJ'S Transmission to have it rebuilt, but we were unaware that there was a issue with the transmissionI will contact Mr [redacted] & we will address the problem to make sure it gets resolved I was never contacted or told there was any issues with either the transmission or any damage caused in loading the transmission
