When the customer came to pick up the skirt she said that it would not fit her daughter because her daughter was much taller I specifically told the customer to bring her daughter to be fitted for a new skirt but she insisted on paying for the
skirt and took it with her knowing the skirt would be too shortI repeatedly asked the customer to call me if the skirt did not fit after her daughter tried it on so that I can fit her for a new oneI did not get a call from her so I assumed the skirt was okThe customer called the next day instead insisting that I add length to the skirtI did exactly what the customer asked which was add length so of course the skirt is going to be multiple lengthsThe second time the customer picked up the skirt I held it up showed her the length and she said it was fine if the customer was not satisfied she should not have taken the merchandise and she would have been refunded the $Instead the customer contacted me on Easter morning very irate using foul language, and raising her voiceSo I've chosen to no longer do business with her after thatSince then the customer has slandered my name on Facebook and to others, as well as harass me by calling me non-stop and driving by my homeI've offered several times to make a new skirt she refused instead she wanted to keep the skirt and get her money back, even though she has pictures of her daughter in another skirt that I've made alsoSo to slander my name and still wear MY merchandise makes no sense
