We were first made aware of this situation on or about September 21, 2016 when this customer put up a Facebook status on our page. Later that day we received an email from the Revdex.com indicating there was a situation which required our attention. That was the first time we received contact...
information for the customer. We immediately called the customer and discussed the specifics of their situation. A financial agreement was made. The customer removed the Facebook status. Thank you for your help – [redacted]Business Office Manager
