We have owned China King for eight years We have made our Bourbon Chiccken the same since we been in business When the customer ordered she didn't tell me about her allergic reaction to mushrooms When she called back, I told her that I
could make another order of Bourbon Chicken without the mushrooms for her, but she declined, she asked refund money Before we refunded the customer her money, I need make sure she didn't eat the food at all, because it happens a lot where we have customers try to get a free meal by lying to us about the quality of the food This isn't the case 100% of times, but it has happened a handful of times I told the driver who went there to throw away the food in front of the customer so that she wasn't under the impression that we would re-use the food, but our driver couldn't find a trash can It would be unhealthy and unsanitary for us to re-use any food We take pride in serving fresh food to all of our customer.The customer ordered several items, but she only returned the bourbon chicken lunch to us We refunded the $for the Bourbon Chicken back to the customer's account We did not refund her the money for the rest foods because she kept those foods, and those foods had not problems at all
