Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I’m not sure why MrG [redacted] feels that it is okay to be so untruthful, but we most certainly did not “visit the store several times” and he most certainly did not talk to us about anything We contacted the store about the situation multiple times and left messages with employees that were never answered by Mr G*** Because we were being ignored, we visited the store once and were told by employees that the owner was not there We never heard back from MrG [redacted] after that either It is for this reason that we felt that we had no other option but to contact the Better Business Bureau Had MrG [redacted] acted like a professional and at least once talked to us once about the situation, we probably would not have taken further action despite his questionable business practices I find it very concerning that MrG [redacted] does not think that selling us a dog with an incorrect medical history is relevant The dog’s files were wrong and his employee directly told us that the dog’s testicles had not yet descended We passed on the dog’s incorrect file and the incorrect information the store had given us to our vet who used that information I’m curious to know how Mr G [redacted] would expect our vet to give the dog a simple examination to determine that his store had been untruthful with us A neutered dog and a dog whose testicles had not descended will not appear differently in a vet’s examination, so it’s such a dishonest claim for MrG [redacted] to make Also, neutering may be an “elective procedure” but when you are falsely told by a pet store that your dog has undescended testicles and you know that this condition can lead to testicular cancer, you do not have much choice but to elect to have the surgery Again, what is truly unethical is that not only does MrG [redacted] think the fact that his store sold us a dog with an incorrect medical history file and a salesperson who told us an incorrect medical history is relevant He also feels that it is okay to be dishonest to the Revdex.com about talking to us about it Again, he never once bothered to respond to us in any way We are not expecting any financial relief from his store at this point - as I'm sure is MrG***'s sole concern We just want to warn people who purchase pets from this store
