Review: I contacted [redacted] because the pressure breaker cap broke and water was leaking from my irrigation system. [redacted] came out and turned off the water supply. He told me he would return with a new cap and turn my system back on. That was almost 3 months ago. His first responses were he ordered the cap and he was sent the wrong size. I've made atleast 10 calls and nothing has been done yet. 2 weeks ago he promised me he would come and install the new cap. I haven't seen or heard from him since. James City Service Authority requires a Backflow Prevention Assembly. Since my cap hasn't been replaced my test will fail. Any help you can give me to fix this matter will be greatly appreciated. Not only do I want to have my backflow pass the test,it's almost time to start my sprinkler system.Desired Settlement: If Mr. [redacted] isn't going to come back, I would like a refund so I have funds to pay someone else for repairs.

I spoke with [redacted] from the company. He stated they went out to the customer's property last year and she had a leak so they shut the water off for her. They are not certified in backflow and cannot install a new cap for the customer and they advised her of this. The company stated the customer was not charged to install a new cap and unfortunately cannot install one because they are not certified to do so.
