Mr*** called to set up garbage service, he requested a yard containerI informed him the the truck would hay
to look to see if we could put one at his location, meanwhile we set up regular weekly bag serviceHe started on
January 23, The bag limit is
gallon size bags per weekHe had an excessive amount of trash to start
with so he paid for the whole month to cover the extra We then informed him that we could put a dumpster in but
we had to order a new oneHe paid his months in advance on February 4th We were unable to deliver the
dumpster until approximately the end of February beginning of March due to weatherHe was charged for dumpster
service for the month of February because even though he did not have a yard container there, he had more than
one yard of trash each week that we were takingHe was also told that the dumpster price is for regular household
trash oniy, no construction debrisIf he had construction debris, there is an extra chargeWe also consider
permanant dumpster service to be atleast months He had construction debris twice that we had to charge for
3/6/ceiling tile and ashes, $10.00, and 3/20/alot of very heavy drywall, $He never paid for the extra
charge so he did not have any credit left on his accountWe was not about to take the last load oftrash without it
being paid forIf it was just a little bit in the dumpster, we would have, but it was fi.illI have enclosed a breakdow,
of charges that I mailed to himHe should have a clear understanding where the money went and that there is no
refund dueHe actually still owes us $9.00, and we also waived a $delivery fee that we normally charge if
customers do not keep the dumpster for months It covers our fuel and man hours for delivering and retreiving th
dumpsterWe could have also charged for the remainder of the months of service

Review: Company was hired for trash removal. A trash container (dumpster) was placed on my property for approximately one month. When I first phoned the company for there services I was informed that I had to pay (3) months in advance before it could be delivered. It took nearly a month from the time payment was made until it was delivered....... After having the container I was repeatedly charged for the trash that I put into the container??? When I called and spoke with the secretary she did not seem to have a reasonable explanation. I then called to have the container removed from my property. When I arrived home from work the next day, the container was gone and the trash that was in the container was dumped in front of my house. I was at a lose and very upset. In conclusion, I paid for (3) months worth of services and only received services for one month. I have not been refunded and the trash is still in my yard. When I called about this matter, again the secretary that I spoke with had no logical explanation nor did she say I would be refunded. There are young adults (children) that play around my home and to have a pile of trash, creates a safety and health issue. PLEASE HELP.Desired Settlement: A refund for the (2) months that I did not receive services.
