Review: My kitchen sink was backing up and I was told by a plumber (another complaint that I will file after) to have the sewer line snaked. I found the ad for Dave and made an appointment. The gentleman showed up, took out his equipment and about 20 minutes later knocked on the door to tell me he was done and I wrote him a check for $207.95. I just had [redacted] come out (Revdex.com Accredited) and paid him close to $800 to fix the problem. He informed me that "Dave" never did the work he claimed to have done. I also realized when [redacted] was there that I never heard Dave's motor running for the snaking equipment. Dave showed up, obviously fiddled around for 20 minutes and then asked to be paid.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the full amount of my payment of $207.95 returned. I am a senior citizen on social security and need every dollar I can save.

This customer was previously serviced by me last year when I cleared her drain to her satisfaction. When she called this year I responded and cleared her drain. She asked why this happens and I explained that she cannot dump coffee grounds down the drain. After checking all her drains and toilets it was determined that only her kitchen drain was clogged. I snaked her kitchen line with my electric snake. I ran 75 foot of snake all the way to the sewer main She was present while I serviced the drain line. While I was cleaning up the job I ran the hot water for 30 minutes. The backup did not recur. The customer was satisfied and paid me.

I cleared her clog for $200. She had someone else come out and charge her $800. You should check that company's records. I have been in business for 23 years and this is only the second time I've encountered an unhappy customer. I stand by my record.
