Review: My complaint is that I went to go repair my four wheeler with this company. Instead of fixing the issue they made it worse. I asked them to please give me back the money I paid plus the new damages, I do not want my four wheeler at this location anymore.Desired Settlement: Give me back all the money plus pay me for the new damages that way I can go repair the four wheeler.

On 1/13/2013, Mr. [redacted] brought in his 1999 quad that was given to him.

He said it did not run and may need a battery. We charged the battery, but it would not run. The carburetor wasn't flowing fuel.

On 1/17/2013, we notified him that he needed the attached parts to repair the carburetor and get it to run. He was also advised that it was going to need a starter because it was going out. He came in and paid for the parts and authorized us to fix the carburetor. He did not want us to replace the starter. The carb job was completed. The quad ran. We only worked on the carburetor.

When he picked it up, he was told that we got it to run, but it is an old unit and would probably need a piston and rings. He was also advised again about the starter. He said he did not want to put any more money into it.

He came back the next week and said it wouldn't stay running when it got hot.

We again told him we just did the carb to get it running and as we explained it was going to need additional work. He said he did not want to put any more money into it.

The car needed to be cleaned in order to get it running, without the cleaning we had no way of diagnosing any additional problems.

How could it have run worse than when he brought it in when it didn't run in the first place. He never requested his money back. We did the job the quad came in for...

The first time I took the 4 wheeler, the mechanic mentioned that it would be ready in 3-4 days. But, he didn't get to complete the job until 1 month later. I got the the 4 wheeler back, and it did not work again. I had to take it back, and got it returned two weeks later. Since then the 4-wheeler has not been working. They have failed to provide any sort of receipt where it shows the part expenses. I don't know what is being bought or at what price. At this point I want all my money back. I also know I'm not the only one with this issue, there are others that have complained about their motorcycles not being fixed properly.
