The customer has been credited and refunded for this issue Our vendor had placed the incorrect item in the box to the customer and this complicated the return and credit process as we had to get the vendor, a large, international company, to agree to the return

Review: I have waited for 2 months or longer to have your credit department approve our account, not for terms, just for credit card, which by the way does require approval at any other place in the world. My Rep [redacted] at D&H has been not very helpful or responsive so I am left to issue a complaint.
