Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To the, "I don't want to pay my bills" coment, I did send a check paying for the $that were charged which was cashed on May 21st I also don't remember saying that the electrician was never hereIt could have been my wife on a prior conversation but not meI feel that stating a price for fishing a cable line down a wall then not performing the service due to the electrician not having the correct tools (a long enough bit) and still expecting payment is wrong I was never informed that I was going to be charged for someone to show up and offer alternate options to run the cable to the desired location If I wanted to drill through the stucco then I would have asked for that service The reason that I offered less over the phone was because I understand that employees have to get paid for the work that was done but the electrician only worked for approximately minutes He spent more time looking for a flashlight than it took him to go up to the attic and inform me that his bit was not long enough $for less than half an hour of work is more than fair Regards, [redacted]

In reference to the complaint ID #***The customer called to have an electrician run cable wires in a wallThe responding electrician reviewed the project, retrieved his tools, got in the crawlspace and attempted to run the wire in the wall a couple different waysHe then informed
the customer of what needed to further be done to complete the jobThis included cutting a hole in the drywall to fish the wire to the exact location the customer wanted. The customer did not want this so the job could not be completed. When the customer was billed for the work performed they called to say no electrician had come. After researching the electrician's timecards and the GPS on the vehicle it was found that the electrician had indeed been to the residence and performed workIt was explained to the customer the time spent and charges during separate phone conversationsEach time a settlement was offered. THIS CUSTOMER SIMPLY DOES NOT WANT TO PAY THEIR BILLS.This would be the same as an HVAC Tech or a Plumber responding to a service call and explaining what needed to be fixed and the customer not wanting to pay for their time. This is now wasted more time and money than the bill was worth but as a principle people should be obligated to pay their bills. If this is to go one step further I will follow legal action and all frivolous parties will be held accountable. I expect this complaint to be dropped and wish to not spend any more time on this without consulting my attorney

To the, "I don't want to pay my bills" coment, I did send a check paying for the $60.00 that were charged which was cashed on May 21st.  I also don't remember saying that the electrician was never here. It could have been my wife on a prior conversation but not me. I feel that stating a price for fishing a cable line down a wall then not performing the service due to the electrician not having the correct tools (a long enough bit) and still expecting payment is wrong.  I was never informed that I was going to be charged for someone to show up and offer alternate options to run the cable to the desired location.  If I wanted to drill through the stucco then I would have asked for that service.  The reason that I offered less over the phone was because I understand that employees have to get paid for the work that was done but the electrician only worked for approximately 20 minutes.  He spent more time looking for a flashlight than it took him to go up to the attic and inform me that his bit was not long enough.  $30.00 for less than half an hour of work is more than fair.
