I purchased 2 SKU#516732 and found the locknut made of plastic. I called their Cust Svc 1-800-558-8700 to get info on the size of the locknut so I could buy a metal one. She was by far the rudest person I ever talked too. Just Rude! This company should NOT be sending plastic parts to hold this fixture in place. How SAD!
