DHL was suppose to deliver our letter from india to Montreal from india it was sent from dtdc and it changes to dhl in montreal the inida company promised us that we will get it in 4 days weekday but its been 2 weeks and hasnt arrived yet, they said that where they had to deliver our letter the door was locked. we called them and told them the adress to send it to and they promised that we would get it on monday but it hasnt arrived on monday either, we paid them 3000 indian rupees we payed them and still havnt got it and it is a important letter. Can you tell us when we can get our letter or we should have a refund cause were losing money and we need the letter to deliver. Sincerly,[redacted]
