Met with Mr. [redacted] to discuss some paving issues from their paving of our driveway. Reluctantly agreed that he would sealcoat at no cost to us.
Was told that a driveway needs at least 1 year to cure, which was a ridiculous statement. Have an area about 1 foot from garage entrance that is becoming apart and was told that it is from turning the wheel on the vehicle when it is a straight run in. A couple other minor wheel turning spots which the sealcoating would cover. Came by 5 weeks ago to tell us they would be by that week but a no show. We have called each week to their phone number but always to voice mail. We have received no response back and our guess is we are being blown off. Terrible way to treat a customer.
