I still have heard nothing from Mr. [redacted] of Xpert Xteriors. He has made no attempt to contact me to resolve this issue even after his last communication with your agency on 3/9/2015 stating he would contact me within the next two weeks. I have left messages and texts giving him my contact information, and obviously, he knows where I live. I do have a contractor waiting to complete the work. I would like $962.90 refunded so that I can have the work completed, honor the insurance claim, and we can finally consider this matter resolved.
