When it was determined that there was an underwriting issue with the file, the President got involved... and communicated with the borrower as well.

My concerns for the ethics of this company extend much deeper than simply returning phone calls in a timely fashionWhile there were moments during my month process of working with the company that were helpful, the overall professionalism of the company has been highly disappointing and frankly prejudiceThis company works with creating mortgages every day and yet they could not tell us that my credit lines were inadequate to their unknown standards days before we were supposed to close on our homeHow they do not have a more efficient system to figure this simple detail out in the loan process earlier, is simply bafflingI do wonder if I was a male doctor, and not a female doctor, if I would have been so critically judged without reasonable explanationThen when I asked for a statement in their mortgage guidelines to show me what benchmark in my credit I am not reaching, it was not producible.Not only were they highly unprofessional to myself, they were also disrespectful to my builder and realtors to the extent that the building company has banned this company from being the lender of any of their future clients.Please do something to help this company make changes so no other person has to go through the troubles and uncertainty we went through during the home buying process
