My order was not delivered to me. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact the seller for re-shipping of my paid order.
I placed an order (#[redacted]) for $105 of clothing on 1/31/2014, paid via my PayPal account. I received email notice from the Post Office on 1/7/14 that the order was marked undeliverable and returned to sender. I requested tracking updates and received a USPS email stating that the order was delivered back to DH Styles in AR on 2/12/14. I have attempted to contact DH Styles by email (4 times), fax (once), and by calling their phone number [redacted] dozens of times. I have been unable to reach ANYONE to inquire about re-shipping my order to me. I am willing to pay for re-shipment, and stated so in all of my messages, but I cannot get a response to my emails and they NEVER answer the phone. There doesn't appear to be anyone performing customer service for this business.
