A complaint was filed by one of customers, her name is R*** ***She stated that she left numerous messages saying she did not receive her refundWe don’t know where she was leaving those messages because the last email we had received from her was on 7/9/We contacted her and let her
know we issued her a refund checkSo this has been resolved and a check for the refund has been mailed out to her. Thank you,J*** ***, Akeso LLC
