The customer rec all the mat he was billed for. H e returned some product and a credit was issued. Some material he returned was wet and we could credit it.

DI Doors, continue to bill us. We do not intend to pay the additional amounts because of the missed and inappropriate materials they sent out. The materials they sent us, was not what was ordered and therefore should not have been sent out. They want to bill us for this stuff. Kevin neverexplained...

any additional charges. These charges should have been discussed and clarified. They were not. The job details and materials were not delivered as they should have been.

We are going to refund this gentleman's money for a check of $2400.00. We do not feel we do any more to solve the issue.
