Hi,I have spoken to [redacted] regarding our cancelation policy here at Best Fitness LowellI informed her that all cancelations need to be done in person at Best Fitness or a letter can be sent through certified mail for cancelationI also sent her a copy of her contract through email like she requestedWhen she asked me where in the contract it states our cancelalation policy I informed her where to look on our contractShe then stated that she sees where this is stated through emailI also informed her of our day notice to cancelWhen she responded she sent a verbally abusive email wishing negative events to happen to me personally because she wasnt able to cancel her membership withough following our terms and conditionsI have all of these emails on file that I can provide if nessaseryThank you

Hi,Here at Best Fitness one of our policys states that a member cannot train another member in our facilityWe have a personal training team that is certified to train clients [redacted] was approached by one of our personal trainers who asked him if he was training the three womenHe admited he was and then our trainer informed him that was again our policyHe then requested to speak with a manager who wasnt available at the timeThe manager called [redacted] upon arrival to the gym and explained to him that this wasnt allowed in our facility [redacted] tried to explain why he should be allowed to train peopleSince this conversation [redacted] has been going to our Drum Hill location and was then confronted by a manager at that location regarding training one of the girlsIf [redacted] would like to cancel her membership due to [redacted] not being able to train her then that is completly fineShe will not be refunded tho and will have to following our cancelation policy which is stated right in her agreement Thank you

[redacted] enrolled for Personal training here at Best Fitness in Lowell on 6/12/All of our personal training programs are six month agreementsWhen [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions he signed of stating he was aware of our policiesWe have a copy of this agreement on file with his signatures we would be more then happy to print out for himThe first signature on our agreemnt states it is a month agreement which will go month to month afterwordsIf the client wants to cancel before the months are reached there is $buyout, and if another payment is due withing days they must make that payment as wellthank you

Reason for rejecting is because they still want me to pay $100.00 to have it cancelled and they want me to bring proof that I cancelled at [redacted]'s gym to join theirs in order for them to waive the first 3 months I was suppose to get free. Sadly, that [redacted]'s gym went out of business and I no longer kept the receipt when they contacted me to cancel my contract with them. So, it's not getting us anywhere. As for the Sauna policies, I was told that it always closes at 10 PM everyday. Therefore, I can't use their facility and I refuse to pay 1$00.00 to cancel the account. To my understanding, the new management is trying to clean up the mess that Shane left for them and trying to get their money. I'm sorry, I can't do it. They screwed me originally and it's all about money to them, not the customer. He was pleasant to talk to, but it still didn't resolve our issues.

This was not accepted because it is not signed by an employer. If Mr. [redacted] can provide a blacked out paystub from this company along with the $9.99 for June membership dues, we will go ahead and move forward with the cancellation. All we need to see on his paystub is his name, employer name, and employer address. He is welcome to black out payment information. Thank you, [redacted]

Out of the 6 managers that I tried to give the offer letter to, not a single one told me they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't signed.  They all made up different excuses for not accepting the cancellation.  After realizing this, it's very clear to me, that it is common practice at Best Fitness to come up with numerous, illegitimate excuses to deny the cancellation of a membership.  I also specifically mentioned to the Regional Manager [redacted] that an offer letter wasn't really an official document, and suggested that I submit an I-9, W4, or pay stub instead.  She rejected these suggestions so I submitted multiple OFFICIAL offer letters.This behavior is not legal.

I've attached the offer letter that I attempted to give multiple Best Fitness managers,  on 6 separate occasions.  I was told that they were rejecting my cancellation request by their own person discretion.  Regional Manager [redacted] was aware of these attempts and did nothing to resolve the issue.  This behavior is not legal.

If the client wants to cancel before the 6 months are reached there is $250.00 buyout, and if another payment is due withing 30 days they must make that payment as well. thank you
