D & J Auto

The owner D & J Auto was paid to make repairs on a car. They did not make the repairs correctly. Took my car to 2 other repair shops to have them look at the car. The other shops informed me that he did not do the job correctly. D & J Auto put shims in the door, broke a piece of the light when installing and did not replace the light that they broke. Filled the door in with putty and did not install the door properly. He didn't straighten the car properly in order for him to put the door on correctly. He just filled it in with putty and shims.These are just a few of the problems with the quality of work. He cut cost by using used parts and charging new part prices. When I informed him of what the other repair shops said about the light and the quality of work. He had the audacity to say that they broke the light when they were inspecting the work that D & J did. Would not provide me with a final of the work that he claimed he did on the car. He actually got mad at me because I took the car to another shop to have them look at the quality of work that he did. There is still a minimum of $2500 of work that needs to be done to correct what he should have done right in the first place.I would not recommend this shop for any repairs.
