this message is in response to a mr [redacted] complaint against my company D&J construction did speak to mr [redacted] earlier this year ( maybe months ago)he said my company put a roof on his house on now it leaksI told him to call my office to give me details about himhe never called my office (said it could not be put throughhowever, I have been getting vm's dailyanyway, he sends me a letter w/ some details of his problems but there is no heading on paper & he never sends me info./ receipt of D&J ever doing work I think he is out to scam me I will not just send money to somebody w/out receipt he has never send me receipt or proof that we did his roof he might not be a scam artist, however, prove itfurthermore, as we talked on the telephone about his issue, he told me that it was leaking around chimneyhowever, he also told me that the chimney was not reflashed he & somebody agreed to this if we roofed his house, my warranty does not cover something I did not work on please provide some feedbackthank you, [redacted] %

FINALLY!! I found a contractor that is reliable and knowledgable !!!!!!! I am so pleased with this company D & J CONSTRUCTION!!! Dominick is a true professional and my experience from beginning to end was such a pleasure! I hired him to do some projects in my home and part of it was to redo my kitchen and he actually constructed an extra storage space for me ! Just amazing! I will be hiring him everytime I need anything done in the futureI will never have another nightmare contractor again !! D & J contractors will be on my one and only call list from now on!!!

We changed the roof in accordance with manufacturers specifications and current city codesThe sagging is from the rafters crowning, which has nothing to do with reroofing or bad deckingThis is common on older homesThe only way to fix that is to change the roof structure, rafters and joistsWe did our job that we were hired to do properlyThis complaint is not valid

This is a difficult review to write for two reasons The first is because I am so busy enjoying my incredible “new” home that I hate to take the time to do anything else The second is I truly hope I express myself well enough to give Dominick the best review that he has ever gotten – only fair since he has given our family a space better than we could have imagined I met with several contractors over a year’s time and there was always something that I just wasn’t comfortable with Not so with Dominick From our initial meeting and throughout the entire process, Dominick has been a top-notch professional, embracing our vision as if it were his own; seriously, he was more particular than I would have been in several instances He and his crew are skilled and proficient, and even when we ran into some large and some small old house issues, they were not phased, not delayed, and our daily lives were disrupted far less than I anticipated The result of their outstanding work ethic turned a long-awaited project into a new lifestyle for our family To say that I would recommend Dominick and D&J Construction is an understatement After this extraordinary experience, I am not exaggerating when I say I would not want to work with anyone else and am more than happy to speak with anyone considering hiring D&J Thank you sounds so small compared to the large impact Dominick, Gilbert and Jeff have had on our lives, but we are thankful for their hard work and dedication to their craft We are blessed and filled with joy in our “new” home

Dominick did a great job with the masonry work we needed done in our houseHe worked within our budget and got our job done in a timely manner He did excellent work! We would definitely use him for future projects and we highly recommend him!

We hired D&J Construction to complete a job which had been started by another contractor Understandably, it was difficult to find another contractor interested in finishing someone else's work Dominick was not deterred Our "List" of work was a 2-page punch list which included the retrofit of a powder room in the Master bedroom creating a 3/bath, and in the end, the removal of the year old kitchen cabinets and appliances and the installation of brand newDominick and his team were honest, reliable and dependable We would not hesitate to hire them again and we would recommend D&J Construction to anyone in need of a Good contractor, who can do it all

I had a very good experience with Dom from my first meeting. He was very professional and gave me reasonable quotes and suggested optimal solutions to fix our master bath, based on our budget. Dom is very particular about his work. They cleaned up everything everyday in the evening without leaving any mess. The work he performed personified perfection. I could not ask for a better contractor to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to do a renovation of any kind in their home.
