Items DO fit together customer didn't even call us to talk about it for correct placement, just because and item is 10th off doesn't mean it automatically does not workI use all parts I sell in all my re-manufactured transmissions and have done this for over yearsAs stated on all returns on the invoice provided 20% restock feeAlso customer is calling and harassing employees even threaten to come and do harm to our parts salesman because he can not understand general rules of a parts business

I am rejecting this response because: No change in business's replyThey refuse to issue full refund on parts that are defectiveIf they use these parts in their rebuilt units, then I would not recommend purchasing themThey did seem to admit that the parts were not correct, indicating that in their view that "if parts are a 10th off, that doesn't mean they won't work"This is not acceptable from a supplier of driveline parts that should be machined to precise tolerancesI admit I lost my temper and told the sales person I'd like to drive there and cause him physical harm if he called me "buddy" one more time.I'll state again - supplied parts WOULD NOT fit together

I am rejecting this response because: Shipping is clearly different for the two items. I have attached screenshots to prove the difference. I am not trying to get anything for free. Their website lists the item In Stock and I needed said item. I paid shipping for it and it said it shipped (see attached). They need to fix their website.

technicians are paid for each repair they perform which includes diagnostic time. If a repair not covered under warranty is completed per the customers approval the diagnostic time is included in the repair as it would also be included if it was a warrantable repair.

That is not a response to my desired resolution only a statement of what we already know. This amounts to gambling and apparently they agree with me. Gambling is illegal in mn therefore they should look at the vehicle free of charge and let me know if it will be covered. Everyone else is doing it is not a defense in any court in the United states. Reminds me a lot of what my mom would say, if Johnny jumps off a bridge .... I got an idea stand by your product and take care of the customer.
