I bought 2 Safety 1st Complete Air 70 car seats for 2 of my children in approx Feb of 2013. a few days ago I was placing my child in one of the seats and he struggled with me a little. It came apart at the head rest area.... it does not appear cracked but just that it came apart, however when I attempted to put it back together it will not go together. I have attempted for the last few days to contact the company vis telephone and even placed an email to them July 8th. The calls are disconnected due to high call volume and I have received no phone call nor email back from this company. I really need use of my car seat and can not afford another $200 car seat as I expected this one to last until they were 70 lbs or 5 years. I am expecting again this is not a good time to have to spend the extra money on a car seat that should not need replacing!
