I would not ask this business for help. I had a plugged drainage system in my yard. They came out last August to clear it. Come this spring, I have a leak in the system in my frount yard and have a pool of water near the leak. I had another business come out to check this in May and they found the drainage system to still be plugged and that the tile was pieced together with a temporary fix which was not holding. I paid Advantage $600 in the fall. When I called them in the spring, they said that I could pay the $79 service fee and then they would give me a quote to fix the problem.
I feel that they may have contributed to the problem that I have this spring and they not willing to take responsibility for their poor work.
