Skyline Solar enabled us to make our dream come true of switching over to solar energy Skyline's program makes it affordable Kyle responds very quickly to customer communication I enjoyed working with him Skyline subcontracts with Altaray We did have a problem with Altaray in that they said they would contact our city for the inspection, and they did not I finally contacted the city myself after waiting a couple of months As far as Skyline Solar, itself, I asked a lot of questions and wanted a lot of information All interactions with Skyline Solar, itself, were positive; they followed through with everything they said they would do and gave me answers to all my questions quickly and thoroughly Every time I asked Kyle about Altaray, I received communication from Altaray within hoursI feel that Kyle is reliable and works with high integrity I have already recommended Skyline Solar to several people

Skyline solar are very nice they are on top of letting you know when they will be coming to talk with youThey call and keep you up to date on all the progress that is going on and when it will be happening I would recommend Jeremy Waite to anyone who would like solar

I had a sales person come by my home around 7:30pmHe seemed nice enough but did not know much about the companyI understand his job was to setup appointmentsI was interested and setup an appointmentThey immediately sent a text confirming the appointment for th following weekA follow up text was sent the day before the appointment stating that a minute window needed to be given on either side of the appointment and that I needed to have my electric bills readyI rearranged my schedule and made the appropriate time adjustments and got the paperwork togetherThe day of I received another text reminding me to be on timeI arrived home, taking time off work and waitedAfter waiting an hour past the scheduled appointment I left to go back to workThere was no call or text explaining why they were lateNo contact was made what so everThe sales agent that I never met shared more about this company by his absence and failure to communicate his tardinessI would recommend not waistline your time looking at this companyIf this is how they treat someone they are trying to get business from I shudder to think how they treat you after you have singed a contract!

I had been looking to get solar on my house for some time now I got in touch with Jeremy W*** He answered all my millions questions that I had and never pressured me into doing anything When I decided to pull the trigger they they where fast and efficient to work with They have done everything that they said they where going to do and have got it done faster than was originally told I would recommend them to anyone looking to get solar Looking forward to many years of solar benefits! This company gave me a many statements and pressure me to sign papers without reading themA sales person came to my house and got me on the phone with another person telling me what I would pay for solar panelsAfter or weeks I got a letter saying I was going to pay way more money that I was told and that it would pay that for yearsOnce I cancelled the service I got a letter from GreenLine Solar charging me for the inspection on the houseThe sales person said, I could cancel at any time without a charge but as of today I owe more than $and has negatively impacted my credit score

I was contacted by Skyline Solar sometime in May about getting solar for my home I agreed to get this but have since found out that I was misinformed about many things, lied to about many things, told I have to dish out money for things I was not informed about and as of today, 09/04/2018, I still have no solar power, but I have made payments to their finance company for it Now when I try to get in touch with anyone from the company, I have not been able to reach anyone I'm lost now as what to do I have the solar panels on my roof I have their metering system attached to the outside of my home I have had to cut down bushes because they installed the metering system behind these bushes which didn't pass inspection Hade, the city inspector here in Pueblo even suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com

Jeremy Waite was able to answer every question that we had for himI'm so happy they he was so knowledgeable about itIt made us feel so comfortable out the process

Pierson Skyline Solar, LLC sent email 1:pm 8/30/for $cancellation fee due upon receiptI cancelled agreement 8/11/Solar purchase & installation agreement does not mention a cancellation fee for terminationContract does mention "customer may terminate this agreement at any time by executing & deliverying to the company the notice of termination"They received notice signed by employee CM 11:am 8/13/Other than Invoice for Cancellation Fees, the only paperwork I have is the Solar Purchase & Installation AgreementNo work was performed or equipment installed at my homeSteven came to my house one time for site inspection to check out attic, roof, electrical panel & take pics of panelHe spent about an hour at the houseI have had no contact with Skyline Solar, LLC since 8/15/

I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Solar is still fairly newI did a lot of research and asked a ton of questionsI own houses and I was going to have solar on both if I decided toI had the pleasure of working with Justin the sales rep and he is FANTASTIC!!!! The installation crew was just as Great! I would HIGHLY recommend Skyline Solar to install your panels, they are very professional and easy to work withThe financing was simple and also great rates, I also enjoy the piece of mind having a year warranty on my equipment

The above company placed 2 pallets of sod in my backyard knowing that the sod would not grow in the shade. This was not told to me prior to purchase.
8/2/13 I purchased & paid in full for 2 pallets of Bahia sod ($230.00) from D&J. At that time I received a copy of instructions on how to water and fertilize the sod. There was NO mention that Bahia sod would not grow under shaded areas. 12/23/13 I contacted D&J regarding the dead sod in backyard after only 4 months. 12/23/13 [redacted] visited my residence while I was working. [redacted] called me on my cell phone while I was working and stated that Bahia sod would not grow in shade. The sod had rooted. I explained this was not told to me prior to my purchase. I asked [redacted] how we could make this right? [redacted] (Manager) said he would call back later that day to see what could be done to make the situation right. I did not receive a return call on 12/23/13. So I contacted D&J on 12/24/13 and received no answer.
There has been no other contact with D&J.

Both pallets of the Bahia sod is dead after 4 months. D&J knew the Bahia sod would not grow/live in shade in my backyard but laid the sod anyways. D&J took my money knowing the sod would die. D&J demostrated poor business practice by not replacing the sod or offering to refund parital/all of money paid in full on delivery.
