Mr. K[redacted] a refund to me of $50.00 would in my opinion resolve this issue. (this is the amount that Mr. K[redacted] estimates it would have cost to repair).1. Location of damage on the wall.--On the picture you can clearly see the damage is at the height of the door hinge (so less than 12inches).  This is within range of location of hoses during cleaning2. Moneys asked for--in original e-mail I requested reduction from the total cost. I did not ask for 100% refund. Mr. K[redacted] was not open to discussion of any cost adjustments.--On 11/1/16 I did request $100 based on material+labor+time to do repairs (as there were 3 seperate colors involved).
