I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** told me that he would refund my money when he used the $2,worth of product that he claimed he purchased After more than a year when he continues to tell me he has not used it, he set up a date to deliver
what I had purchased but does not show up or call Nothing was ever mentioned that I was being charged fees and would not be getting the items or the money back in the past 2+ years until I filed a complaint I even offered to pick up the material but he would not return my text to give me his address After I filed this I called him He tells me that he had used some of the material but he didn't owe me anything due to the broken contract Did Mr*** provide a copy of that contract? I believe that his action (settling up a delivery date) proves that he had told me he would refund my money

I was hired by the ***'s to perform the following on their new home
Purchase & install sq ft of hardwood picked out by the ***'s
Purchase and install new kitchen cabinets
Paint interior of home
After ordering floor Mrs*** called and said she changed her mind and wants a
different floorDJ paid $to expedite the new order so we called obtained floor and install it before/ Her move in date DJ didn't charge the ***'s for this additional expenseWe installed the floor and was about sq ft shortDJ ordered the additional floor at a cost of $because of the change of the floor choice it ran into other projects we had scheduledMrs*** left me a message on a Sunday after we had told her we would be there on Monday and she said she was going with another contractor to complete her kitchen and finish installing floorWe figured up the bill at her request and told her we owed her $and we would send it to herShe said she wanted the cabinets and she would pay for themHer father in law called me and I told him I would give her the cabinets at our cost and he called back and said she was done and didn't want the cabinetsShe called back and I told her I would come finishShe said she had no faith in us and had another contract already lined upI asked her what she wanted to do and she said she had to talk to her husbandAfter consulting our attorney he advised us to refund money owed to the ***'s and move onAs for the cold air return I would her it was there for a reasonShe still insisted we take our wallShe was told it should be returnedThe wire she claimed was shoved up in a wall needed to be fit in a junction boxThe wall was not closed up yetThe following is an accurate account of money paid and items she never paid for

I was contracted and did go over to the home. It is hard to work in the house due to animal urine and feces. I offered a refund because I can't get anyone to stay with me and do the...

work. The environment is not a nice one to be around. Audrey asked me to fix the door. Audrey got drunk and called the Revdex.com. I gave [redacted] a time frame in which I would be done and if it was not good enough then I would refund her.
