After initially receiving this complaint and talking with the sales representative who in return spoke with the customer there appears to have been some confusion over the remaining balance regarding the depreciation check still owed by the insurance companyThe total contract amount for the
work to be completed was $19,That total included the deductions for the interior work (see attached)The customer has made two payments towards the balance with the first check amount for $6,and the other for $7,totaling $13,Therefore there is still a remaining balance owed for $5,The customer originally thought we had received the final depreciation check from the insurance company for $5,but we have not and the insurance company will actually be sending the final check directly to themWhen the customer does receive their final depreciation check from the insurance company we will do any all deductions for the interior from the remaining balance still owedIt is my understanding that the customer is aware of the situation now and we will be doing what we can to speed up the process of the insurance company releasing the final depreciation check.
