Our HOA contractually notified LB Property Management (LBPM) in writing on November 30th, 2012 that their services will be terminated on January 1, 2013. As of now, March 18th, 2013 we have still not received our monthly financial reports for January 2013 and February 2013 after several requests and reminders to send the reports via email, as they have done for the several years of service which their services were employed. On March 8th, LBPM erroneously sent a report labeled December 2013 containing a previously received report from December 2012. On February 27th 2013, March 11th 2013, and March 18th 2013 a request was sent to LBPM to send our monthly report for January 2013 and February 2013.
