D & J Quality Electric Inc

These guys came to my house to fix a GFI outlet on 7/13/ The technician left assuming the problem had self-corrected Soon after he left, the GFI tripped again I called them the next day on 7/14/and promptly report the problem They returned to my house and this time replaced the GFI, then charged me another $service charge I spoke with the owner and express that I was double charged for the same fix He argued with me over the fairness of the second charge and I was shocked to hear his rationale They insisted is was my responsibility to know the GFI was black and that particular is not stocked They don't carry it on their trucks I would not do business with these people at D&J Quality Electric They also charged me three times the price for a part I have run my story by several people in the industry who are very well aware of D&J Quality Electric and these people didn't have too many good things to say about the business I will never use them again

I needed a old fan removed and a new one installed and had used D & J for previous projects and had no problemsWhen I called to schedule the appointment for March 10th I was informed they needed to send people due to the height of my ceiling which was fineWhen they arrived they sat outside for minutes conversing after they had already come inside and checked the jobI was upset by this because the bill was being based off an hourly rateThey finally came in and took down the old fan and installed the new one and turned the new fan on and told me it appeared to be balancedI payed the $bill and signed the paperworkBy the next morning my fan began to make noise and I could tell the blades were unbalancedWhen I called and spoke with Stacy she informed me that the owner told her that I had approved the work and if they came out they were going to bill me againIn my opinion this company has zero customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone

Last June, 2013, we had D&J Quality Electric perform quite a bit of needed work on an older vacation home that we had just purchased in Green Mountain Falls. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and the workmen who performed the work. The owner came to our home, took the time to explain the work, and explain about his company's history, etc. The workmen were polite, efficient, very capable, and made sure that we understood what they were doing. The inspector even commented on how good the work was! I am remiss for not submitting a review before now. I only wish we had D&J in Texas where our primary home is. I would recommend them to anyone who wants timely, efficient, and well-qualified electricians to complete a project, whether home or commercial.
