I had a leak in my roof put on by Dawson in 2007. I have called numerous times, starting in Sept 2012, and they have still not completed the repairs.
I had a new roof put on by Dawson Roofing in October of 2007. In Sept of 2012, I awoke to a water leak in the living room. I called Dawson, but since it was a weekend, no one was available until Monday. I called them on Monday and they sent a guy out and he found two possible problem areas on the roof. He covered them with roofing paper and told me that since it was a slow time for them, they would be out within a week or two.
I didn't hear from them for three weeks so I called them again. I talked to the secretary who said her boss was out of the office but she would ask him what was going on and get back to me. She called me back a few hours later and said he would be out in the next week to fix the roof. I heard nothing from them for another two weeks so I called them again and talked to the same lady. She again said he was out of the office and would have to call me back. Again, she called me back within a couple of hours, and said they would be out within the week. I again heard nothing from them for a week and called them again. I talked to the same lady and got the same response. I have called back every couple of weeks since them and gotten the same responses. The last time I called on Tuesday February 19, and got the same response from the secretary that she would have to call me back after talking to her boss. I have not heard back from them at all.
