Very poor customer service and servicing of my auto loan. Excessive billing of unwarranted fees and very poor communication between departments. Very harassing unprofessional personnel handling the auto loan after the auto was totaled and had two insurance companies committed to paying off the loan in full and quickly. This company was sending threatening mortgage loan info for an auto loan. Could not even get the type of loan straight and gave me non sense feed back as to why it is classified as a mortgage loan.
