Was promised refund of security deposit because the Limo was unacceptable.
The Limo that showed up for my daughters prom was in horrible condition. We refused service and I called the owner,[redacted] on the spot and demanded a refund of my security deposit of $250.00 that was issued on May 1, 2014. This occurred on May 10, 2014. He promised to refund my deposit the next week. That never occurred. I called him again for the refund he said that he was having money problems and would issue it on Friday. That never occurred. He called back May 29th said they were still having money problems and didn't know when he would give me back my refund.
