Alignment/tire rotation, became a "full front end" quote for new upper/lower joints, and tie rod end replacement. Only one ball joint/tie rod replaced
No alignment/tire rotation done even after 2nd visit. The tie rod retainer bolt was not replaced on install(which could have easily caused a fatal accident). I've made an effort to resolve and was offered a partial refund at one point(never happened), and a customer service manager named [redacted] told me he checked into my complaint but sees nothing wrong with the charges for work done improperly and work never completed. It's fraudulent to charge people and not complete the job even after multiple customer attempts. Not to mention shoddy work of this nature is dangerous and could cause someone to sustain severe injury or death. They should be closed until its clear they are held to the same standard any repair shop and doing the work they're charging people to do.
