HelloYou had spoken with my father in relation to the damages caused to my carI understand that accidents happen however the lies told to cover it are unacceptable; along with the additional lies told when I called back and asked questions about the carNot to mention that no one had the respect to return my call with an est for the repairs that your shop caused. You cost me and my neighbors a night of sleep since my car alarm went off all night and the entire next day plus $that I didn't have to pay for your employees disregard of being an actual human being and being honestHe needs fired for his actions.I will never return to your shop for services as I don't trust that I won't be lied to againLike I said accidents happenIf I would have been informed when I picked up my car all would be fineBut instead I was lied to not once but twiceThen ignoredNot how you treat clients that had been using your shop for at least ten years. That money was my extra money for the monthAnd you think a couple of oil changes will make up for what you've cost me?!? It won'tI get no dinners out and I get to miss watching the Super Bowl with my friends at the bar.Ex-client,***
