I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I just recently received a response from carpet factory outlet with the conclusions to have all the carpeting replaced with same low grade carpeting and padding, along with the same out sourced guys to come out and replace it. Which I am not happy with that agreement what so ever. I want a full refund for the project that had cost us 3500.00 dollars I have given them 2 separate chance to correct the issues with the carpeting. Which did not work so well in the long run. I don't feel that going through carpet outlet factory would be a wise decision, just because of the issues that had occurred. I just simply want a return for the money I had spend that should have. I would gladly come to

I will contact the consumer, make an appt. to inspect the job, and either fix it to her satisfaction, or give her monetary compensation to keep as is.  She has never contacted us as to these complaints and the installation was done in August of 2015.  Thank You [redacted]

OUT AND CORRECT ANY PROBLEM THAT THE CONSUMER IS HAVING WITH THE CARPET, SUCH AS TRANSITION STRIPS OR PLACING THE HEAT DUCTS BACK ON.AS FAR AS LEAVING A RAZOR BLADE ON THE GROUND . Unfortunately, Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] has had this carpet removed & replaced without us being aware of such. Since the manufacturer was giving her new carpet in exchange for her existing Carpet & is no longer in tact. We have asked the mill for any courtesy alotment in compensation. It is not unusual for the pins of tackstrip to poke through the carpet along the walls.  However it is very unusual for people to feel this, as people do not walk along the walls.  (The tackstrip is against the wall)  We are happy to remedy the problem.  This is done by hammering...
