I had [redacted] install a new 30 year Owens Corning Duration Premiu, shingle on May 1, 2010. In July of 2012 my roof started leaking in my upstairs bathroom from the vent. Not just drips but it covered my floor from the toiled to the bathtub. At that time I called [redacted] for one whole week on his cell phone @[redacted] stating my problem and he never responded. The following week I called again and in a couple of days he called me back and said he was away at baseball tournaments with his son and that he would come over the following week. The following week came and went and he did not call or respond. I phoned him the following week and he said he would not be able to come over that week because he was extremely busy but he would be over the following week. No response. I then called them again Sunday, August 12 and asked him to please call me I need to get this issue settled and now it is damaging my ceiling as well. No response from [redacted]. I live by myself and a fixed income and I need this issue resolved. I need help please!
