I have attached the contract that Mr [redacted] has signed new contract with details...and Mr [redacted] has received the male puppy This issue has been resolved.Thanks [redacted] ***

Mr. [redacted] deposit was received om 11/2/2017. It is highlighted on the contract deposits are non refundable but can be moved to another litter. Mr. [redacted] was informed of [redacted] and [redacted] litter did not take and per conversation was moved to [redacted] and [redacted] litter. Mr. [redacted] wanted... a big dark red maleand there were not any big dark red males in that litter. Therefore, Mr. [redacted] was contacted again about [redacted] and [redacted] litter Mr. [redacted] stated and agreed he will purchase the male out of [redacted] and [redacted] litter. I still today as of 2/16/18 have not heard from Mr. [redacted] and still have the puppy ready to be picked up that I produced. Mr. [redacted] did not inform me of date that he was coming to St Louis for puppy pickup. Mr. [redacted] has my address and contact phone number which is on the contract. Mr. [redacted] stating he was to pick puppy up om 2/10/18 I did not have a call nor text from him informing me of that date. I have been contacting Mr. [redacted] by phone and text to find out when he is coming to get puppy. There has been no response until I received email from BBB. Mr. [redacted] has been contacted since 2/11/18 and per his contract deposits are non refundable but can be moved to another litter and states same on my website. I have provided Mr. [redacted] with information needed for picking up puppy. Mr. [redacted] can either pick puppy up with payment remaining due or have deposit moved to another litter. I have attached contact and text message. Thanks ***...please contact me for more information if needed.

The consumer and I talked this past Saturday, February 17th.  I sent the consumer a video of the puppy, and we talked. He told me he would decided by Monday, February 19th or Tuesday, February 20th if he wanted the puppy or not.  If he does not pick up the puppy today, Tuesday February 20th, then I will sell the puppy to another buyer. If he calls me to tell me he still wants the puppy and gives me a date that he will pick it up, I will hold the puppy for him.

We came to an agreement today and a new contract was signed. The total for the puppy was $3,000 and when he pays the remaining $1,000 I will give him the breeding rights and registration papers. I will send in copy of new contract.

Mr. [redacted] called me on 2/21/18 stated he will be coming this weekend to pick puppy up this weekend.  We agreed for him to pay half the money and I will hold registration until he pay the other half.  From my understanding reason took so long was because Mr. [redacted] had money issues as he stated.  Hopefully, Mr. [redacted] picks up the male puppy this weekend as discussed.
