The owner did NOT communicate with me at all. I had no idea when they were starting, he told me a specific week, but then ended up coming a week early. Then we never knew when they were coming back. I have dogs so some notice would have been nice so I can plan my day around where to put the dogs, since the back yard is their territory. We also have a fence and we showed them (including the owner of the fence company) showed DK landscaping where the "removable section" of the fence is so the patio guys could come in with their equipment, instead they took it upon themselves to remove a section of my fence that was NOT removable, they damaged my fence, and was not put back together properly. Regarding our patio, there was a dip nearest to our house, where water was pooling. I advised this to the owner before they put down the pavers, and he ignored me. They put down the pavers anyway, and it ended up failing inspection, so they had to come back and fix it, putting this project at 3 weeks, instead of the 4 days initially promised. Over all, poor customer service, poor communication skills, and poor workmanship. He also over charged us for the city permit, and for the entire project, and is now harrassing us daily to say we owe him money. I offered to settle with him for a certain amount, since he damaged our fence, but he is still harassing us.
