D & K Overhead Doors

D&K Overhead Door installed a garage door at my about a year and a half ago. Right away we discovered issues with the craftsmanship of the install causing a safety hazard, which I corrected. A few weeks ago I noticed the door making noise. After inspecting the door and rail system, I discovered several bolts were loose, causing yet another safety hazard. I called their office twice before receiving a phone call back by [redacted], the owner of the company. I let him know I was very disappointed in his employees work and asked if they could come out and repair their mistake. He said he would look into it and call me back. I waited three days, called the office and left a message. I did not receive a return phone call. I paid someone else to correct the problem. I am very disappointed.
