The last time D & K Tree Service was on my property was on December 21, At that time D & K and *** Tree Service cut down the remaining three treesThe trees were not cut into firewood as stated on contract and were laying on my lawn and in my garden areasD & K Tree then placed a bill for an additional $in my mailbox which I never signed a contract on nor would I have agreed to pay that amount*** *** *** of *** Tree Service told him that he did not agree with the bill as he thought it was vindictive*** *** has since come to my property to continue work on splitting wood into firewood size piecesThe work is not complete, but he has been in contact with me
At this point, I need a resolution for $bill from D & KA note threatening an increase of $and a lien being placed on my home if not paid within days was written on the billI truly believe this bill was sent in retaliation for my contacting the Revdex.comAt the time bill was placed in my mailbox, D & K Tree hadn't been on my property for almost two months and it took me contacting the Revdex.com to get this company to come out

As stated on the contract the purchase price of $7000 was paid to:
To cut down 5 trees
Stack up the debris on a pile
Cut and place firewood in a pile because customer wanted to keep all the firewood. 
No clean up-means we are not to haul any of the debris or wood away. We agreed to this via phone and by the contract. Customer agreed to all the work to be done for the $7000.
