thepurchase $268.75 instead of the claim of $300. It shows that they did not purchase the 10 karatyellow gold teeth which are $350 plus tax $376.25. The purchase date was December 22, 2014not December 18, 2014 as the customer claims. I came to this establishment looking for and wedding band. Found one that I was looking for and decided to put it on layaway. I put a total of $500 down on my first payment. I passed my 3 months of layaway and decided to go to the store and see what I had to do to keep my layaway going. I took my wife with me this time and as we discussed our layaway issue with the staff, we also decided to change our rings. The man who helped me explained that they do not cash refunds but the will allow us to change our rings or even get get merchandise that was equal or less to what I had paid in layaway. I have a receipt that clearly shows that he allowed me to switch rings. he also told us that if we needed to we can switch again if we didnt like anymore or wanted maybe cheaper rings. I decided to switch to a cheaper set of rings. I came in to figure out what had to be done, and it was a total disaster! The man was very rude to me. when I asked about switching wings he stated they dont allow that. but then when I showed him a copy of my receipt showing him that they have done it before he stated that was a one time deal. when actually he told be that I could switch as many times as I want just as long as I put money down when I do it. Im at the point where im going to lose out on my money all because of what he told me that I could do. I only want merchandise for what ive paid towards my ring. I dont want money back just a set of rings that are worth the 700 dollars that I already had invested.
