Tried to hire D&L to repair gutter, siding, soffit damage on our home/business. It took days and several calls to them before they finally came out to inspect and give us an estimate for repairs. We approved the estimate and hired them for the job.
Several weeks went by and they never showed up to do the work. We called them several times-were told the "work order is on the desk" and they would get to us...
Eventually, they told us their crew would be here to work on a specific day. My wife and I delayed a planned out of town trip to visit family in order to be here on the day they were to come-we waited all day and they never showed up!
I called their rep the next day and he didn't know his crew hadn't shown up-didn't apologize, said they'd try to get to us...I advised him we'd be out of town for a few days visiting family (a day later than planned since we waited for his crew of no shows!), that any time the following week would be ok. A week later they had not called or come to work-I called their rep again and he acted like it was our fault the work had been delayed because " you went out of town"...I pointed out to him we had been trying to get his company to complete the job they had contracted to perform for several WEEKS, that they had NEVER followed up with us-we had to call them several times to try to get the work started, that they failed to show on the date the work was finally scheduled, had not followed up thereafter or rescheduled the work, and we had to call them once again. He acted totally unconcerned, as if they didn't care if our repairs ever got done...I informed him my wife had contacted another company and planned to hire them if D&L could not perform the work in a timely manner-he said that was all right with him-
In our experience, this company is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and cares NOTHING about customer service...
We would NEVER recommend them for any purpose!
