was mistyped when I sent, it was two C instead of one. So I try again.I have attached pictures of the 2 cameras side by side. Right is factory new and left is used. The used one shown red n black wire tip striped with black zip tie. It was obviously used for whatever his purpose. Fourth picture is store policy n stated all sale final on black board infront of customers when checking out. If he was honest and it still brand new I may do store credit but as of now I won't accept return.Let me know how it goes.ThanksHiep
