Hi, This is [redacted] from DL cabinetry, I am manager of hamand store.In fact,I called Mr [redacted] to inform him that [redacted] took their money and never sumitt paperworks to main office.I try to tell him that if he can supply any paperwork shows that he deal with DL cabinetry ,not [redacted] ,we can process order for him,but all customer has it is [redacted] personal receipt,not under company name,we don't know if customer and [redacted] has undertale deal.I maked report to policeman about this case,but they said [redacted] was stollen customer monney,not company,company can't file charge against her,customer has to file himself or her self ThereI is one customer which [redacted] took mondey $ $,deposit receipt is under DL cabinetry,so we have to finish job .Like I say,if they can supply any document show under DL cabinetry,we are willing to give cabinets to customer.if not, we are willing to work it out deal with special discount for customer .I am so sorry what happen to all customer,I try to best to support customers

Review: I am in the process of helping rebuild after a house fire that resulted in a total loss for the family. I went with the homeowner and placed a detailed order for cabinetry in the Hammond store a number of weeks ago. When the homeowner called to check on the status of the cabinets, he was informed that the local authorized sales agent located within DL Cabinetry's Hammond showroom departed with the money and did not place the order. More importantly, DL Cabinetry, after being provided with the schematics, order list, and receipt from the sale, stated that they will not honor the sale and otherwise dismissed the issue, with the expectation that my clients should absorb the expenses incurred as a result of their employee, without receiving the items they purchased. This is resulting in a delay in multiple facets of the rebuilding process.Desired Settlement: It is requested that DL Cabinetry provide the items that were ordered and paid for, in full.
