THE MOST unprofessional company with whom I've ever had the displeasure of doing business
We finally called them at p.mwhen our appointment was for between 1-p.mto find out what was going onThey THEN told us it would be another 1-hours before anyone would be able to get to our house
Nobody bothered to call us to say they would be lateTheir truck was less than a mile away with 4-workers on one job....no one came to our house to at least make an appearance and AT LEAST LOOK at the job we had for them...the entire company just left us hanging
Then the lady we spoke to was rude and figured all she had to do was say she's sorry and that should be enough....after they left us hanging for hours...and asked us to wait 1-MORE hours!!
There are MANY glass door companies in the valleyThese people are by FAR the worst customer servants you can ever imagine!!
Oh sureI'm imagine some of their customers are happy
But who leaves customers waiting all afternoon without so much as a phone call or a visit from a worker who is less than a mile away?!?!?
Unprofessional, rude, and horrible customer service
THEN they had the AUDACITY to call....AFTER we started catching up on our afternoon that was wasted waiting for THEM....to say they were now ready to come by our house
Unbelievable incompetence

I have used D & L Glassworks for separate jobs: a window repair, window replacements, and a new shower door I enjoyed doing business with them as they explained to me my options without high-pressure sales With the window repair that they performed, two other window companies told me it would be better to just have it replaced (better for me or for them?) With each job D & L was respectful to me and gave me a price that beat other companies I had checked They also arrived on time for each appointment They are a privately owned mom and pop business that doesn't bring in a tablet to show you fancy pictures with instantaneous quotes that some of the large corporations do, but for me they did a great job at a great price
